We are seeking an entrepreneurial and energetic person to seek corporate speaking opportunities for Scott Freiman, the founder of Deconstructing the Music. This person will help craft pitches for various audiences, identify speaking opportunities, and make the first contact with conference or booking organizations. No previous experience necessary. A successful candidate will have a track record of being a self-starter who is energetic, opportunistic and organized.
Responsibilities
Identify and research paid speaking opportunities at conferences, webinars, podcasts, corporate events, and other relevant platforms.
Develop and maintain relationships with event organizers, conference planners, and key decision-makers.
Collaborate with clients to understand their speaking goals and tailor pitches accordingly.
Helped craft, pitch and promote potential paid speaking engagements,
Negotiate terms and conditions of speaking engagements, including fees, travel arrangements, and other logistical details.
Maintain a database of potential speaking opportunities and track progress.
Work collaboratively with Scott and provide regular updates and reports on progress, successes, and new opportunities.
Qualifications
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with digital tools and platforms for managing contacts and opportunities.
